Self-Love/Self-Care Workshop

Self-Love is directly connected to living your life wholeheartedly! Don’t wait for things to change or to be perfect to begin living a life you love. Have you wished for more me time? Do you hope you can just get through the next thing? Do you have a dream waiting to become reality? Have you been too busy supporting everyone else’s dreams to even think of what it is you would love to have in your life?

Join a great group of women for coaching, journaling, sharing, and interactive group activities. Together we will explore why we are often unwilling to give ourselves the same loving care we give to our loved ones. We will uncover what is holding you back from doing the things you say you want to do for yourself (lose weight, change careers, start a hobby, go back to school, start a new business…)
