What does a session look like?
We talk. And through intuitive listening, asking key questions, and providing accountability, I can help you chart your own path forward.
Each session is tailored towards the individual, completely confidential, and builds off of previous sessions.
How long is a session?
Sessions are usually an hour long. I never want you to feel rushed, and I value your time. So I come prepared to focus our conversation and end with actionable next steps.
How many sessions do I need?
Ongoing coaching is ideal. Like everything else in life, you get out what you put into it. 8-12 weekly sessions are recommended for new clients. But can also occur bi-weekly, or once a month.
Where is the session held?
Most sessions are done by phone, Facetime, or Skype. This eliminates the trouble and time of commuting in traffic and allows you to receive coaching from any location.
Who do you work with?
I work primarily with those who identify as women. My doors are open to any ages, family status, POC, LGBTQ, and any religious/non-religious backgrounds. I want you to be you. If you’re ready to do this self-work, we’ll be a great fit.

What is the ELI assessment?
The Energy Leadership Assessment is an attitudinal assessment that looks at how you view the world and how it affects your behavior. This assessment provides you with insights into patterns of behavior, increases self-awareness, and shows why you aren’t getting the results that you want to see in your life. It is an invaluable tool to help you move forward in more empowered ways.
Can I take the ELI assessment if I’m not ready for coaching?
Yes. The assessment is online and includes a 90 minute debriefing session. You can buy the assessment here.

How do I pay?
Payment is taken to book each session through credit card online. Cancellation Policy: You will be charged for a missed session if you do not notify me via email within 48 hours of our scheduled time.
